Anti - Fragile
Author: Rubin
When an asset is anti-fragile, it tends to perform better when there is risk and uncertainty.
Nassim Taleb created the phrase "antifragile." Taleb highlights the characteristics of antifragile systems in the following quote:
“Some things benefit from shocks; when subjected to volatility, unpredictability, chaos, and stress, they flourish and grow. Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and remains constant; the antifragile improves.”
Projects that make it through the five-year culling period are more likely to have been constantly developed and added users over this time span since they would not have made it otherwise. This would mean that the price of a candidate token would rise slightly throughout this time period.
As a result, we should consider the crypto investment as a quest for a coin with the best gimmick, rather than one that has been reinforced through time.
In a token that can pay for itself, antifragility may be assumed. It does not need a crystal ball to understand that if developers and promoters can be compensated, at least for the foreseeable future, our token will only get stronger with the passage of time. Survivability fosters survivability, which breeds profit.
