Fee Tiers defines the fee structure based on the amount charged by the crypto exchanges during deposit, withdrawal, and even executing trades by the investors. Depending on the volume and type of trade executed, the fee structure changes for different exchanges.

The majority of crypto exchanges offer a plethora of ways to deposit money. This includes exchanging fiat currency from bank, debit, or credit card where the fee tiers range from 2% to 5%.

Setting up a defined fee tier benefits both the traders and exchanges. With an incurring fee, traders can take a more calculated approach towards executing traders. This also restricts the exchanges from being flooded with excessive trade requests. Lastly, the revenue generated allows funding the exchange to operate.
