Launchpad Recap #06

We launch a new project every week through Launchpad. The whole week is spent conducting various activities around the project. We launch the project at the start of the week, then host activities to educate everyone about it. The entire week is dedicated to connecting the community with the project.

After every four weeks, we take a pause and reflect on everything that we achieved throughout the last four weeks. In this blog, let's recap the previous four projects we launched and see where we have come.

Each project is launched at the beginning of the new week. Then we conduct four activities. Here is a list of what we do:

AMA Session: On Tuesday, we host an AMA session on Telegram. The community and the project builders come together to talk about the project. The community questions and doubts about the project, and the team answers them. We run a competition while AMA sessions, where five winners get rewards. More than 100 participants, on average, participated in these AMAs.
The blog: On Wednesday, we publish a blog that dives deep into the project. It provides a detailed understanding of the project, the problems it's trying to solve, and a lot more. Also, we publish a Twitter thread so that our community can understand the project better.
Bored Dev Chat Club (BDCC): On Thursdays, we host BDCC on Discord. The community gets to interact with the project builders. Project builders demonstrate project work to the community and receive feedback and suggestions. We also publish a video explaining 'How to use a project?' in simplest terms on YouTube.
Web3 1:1 Talk Show: On Friday, we host a Twitter space, and someone working on the project shares their ideas. We usually talk about the Web3 ecosystem around the niche of their project. This spring, we had an average of 40 listeners on our talk show. We also host a podcast around the same topic and upload it on Spotify & YouTube.

Projects Launched through Launchpad #06

Let's take a deeper look at each project we launched. We launched the following projects in the past four weeks:

DeFrag DAO

DeFrag is an NFT lending protocol launched on Arbitrum and focused on gaming NFTs within the TreasureDAO ecosystem. The team has a clear vision and aim about what they want to build and is working hard to achieve it.

Hence, we launched DeFragDAO on January 23, 2023. You can read more about them in our blog.

SafeTransfer

SafeTransfer is making crypto transactions safer and more reliable. The team has a proven experience in the Web3 ecosystem and knows what problems people face daily.

It is an open-source solution working on something everyone would benefit from.

What SafeTransfer is doing is unique and beneficial for the community. It's great to interact with projects that give back to the community. We couldn't find any other project trying to do the same. Therefore, we launched SafeTransfer on February 28, 2023. You can read more about them in our blog.

DaoLens

DaoLens provides an infrastructure and a suite of tools for community managers to manage DAOs. It helps managers with four crucial aspects of managing any community - discovery, onboarding, contribution, and operations.

We felt that DaoLens would be an excellent tool for everyone in our community. Hence we launched it on March 06, 2023. The team is led by Aditya and Nindan, who are great leaders who clearly understand the problems they are solving. You can read more about them on our blog.

Copperx

Many businesses still hesitate to accept crypto payments. Copperx is doing fantastic work promoting crypto as a mode of payment for such enterprises. Copperx enables companies to incorporate cryptocurrency payments into their current apps seamlessly.

We liked how Copperx aims to make Web3 familiar to businesses and organizations. Hence we decided to launch Copperx with Launchpad. We launched it on March 20, 2023. You can read more about them in our blog.
