Ultimate Digits is an infrastructure L3 on Arbitrum and Base. We’re building a protocol making users’ current mobile numbers their Web3 identity, and providing +999-prefix virtual mobile numbers as Ethereum NFTs. We maintain the privacy of users’ mobile numbers, on-chain. We offer a more intuitive Web2.5 bridge since people are used to abstracting bank accounts with mobile numbers due to the fintech protocol - UPI (used by VietPay in Vietnam). Starting with the utility of asset transfers, we’ll evolve to decentralized telephony and other value-added services. Our goal is to do with the ITU what ENS attempted to do with ICANN. Ultimate Digits is launching as a Web-app, and will soon include a Telegram bot and Metamask Snap.
